Billy Esratian is a Ph.D. in Law Student at the Australian National University (ANU). At the ANU, Billy’s research focuses in legal theory and Southeast Asian legal studies. Before joining the ANU, Billy served as an Advisor at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia (EOP), where he oversaw and managed strategic issues comprising politics, law, defence, security, and human rights. Simultaneous to his EOP’s tenure, Billy also served in Indonesia’s National Task Force on Business and Human Rights.
